Carlift IP1-CM MOB

Innovation in the Heart of Trento

Where History Meets Technology in the Courtyard of a 19th-Century Building
Private Renovation – Trento

In the historic center of Trento, a project by Carlini Costruzioni blends heritage preservation with technological innovation.
In the courtyard of a renovated 19th-century building, the IdealPark IP1-CM MOB car lift merges functionality and design: a system that carries the vehicle silently to the underground level, passing alongside a carefully restored 13th-century wall.

On the lower floor, an anti-shatter glass wall reveals the car and the lift’s mechanics as if displayed in a crystal case. The drive-over, fully paved roof integrates seamlessly with the courtyard, restoring a clean, continuous surface. The rust-colored triplex finish completes the harmony of an installation where technology and beauty coexist.

The project, designed by Architect Mauro Facchini in collaboration with the Superintendence for Cultural Heritage of Trento, stands as a model of balance between innovation and preservation. With the IP1-CM MOB, IdealPark makes it possible to move toward the future without turning away from the past.
