In the historic centre of Trento, within the courtyard of a renovated 19th-century building, a project by Carlini Costruzioni redefines the relationship between heritage and innovation.

During the design phase, IdealPark’s Montauto IP1-CM MOB was selected to meet strict architectural constraints and preserve the integrity of the existing context: a system designed to move vehicles to the underground level while respecting the historical structure, including a restored medieval wall.

The result is a fully integrated solution where technology becomes part of the architecture. The drive-over, paved roof restores the continuity of the courtyard surface, while the glass wall on the lower level transforms the car and the system into a visual feature — almost like a display case — enhancing both space and perception.

A project where mobility is not added, but designed into the architecture — balancing preservation, functionality and aesthetic value.
