Car lift IP1-CM MOB A
In the typical
context of towns in the Po Valley, in the province of Monza-Brianza, a private
building renovation project was carried out that transformed a common house
into a residence equipped with modern comforts and cutting-edge technologies.
To optimize the
available space and create access to the underground garage while preserving
the space and aesthetics of the villa's garden, the first fully automatic car
lift by IdealPark was installed: the IP1-CM MOB A model.
This car lift
features a walkable roof that perfectly blends into the garden, thanks to the
coating made from the same material as the surrounding area, making it
invisible. Moreover, the roof is driveable and can be used as additional
parking space.
The innovation of
this model lies in its two capacitive displays, which require authentication
through a personal security code, granting access only to authorized
individuals. Once the user enters their code on the display, they can initiate
the platform movement with a single touch, without the need to hold the button
throughout the entire journey. Additionally, when the user leaves the house,
the system's roof automatically returns to floor level.
To ensure a high
level of safety, innovative systems such as video surveillance and a virtual
protection perimeter with laser scanners were installed. These systems keep the
area around the lift free from barriers and check the safety before each
movement. In case of intrusion, the system halts to protect people, children,
and animals.
Thanks to this
innovative solution, the villa owner can park the car in the underground garage
with complete safety and convenience, enjoying an exclusive travel comfort.
