Contemporary architecture with IdealPark technology

Car Staker IP1-MS

The Lisbon House is a magnificent example of contemporary architecture that harmoniously integrates with Lisbon’s existing urban fabric while maintaining its own distinctive identity. Designed by Gonçalo Silva and Nuno Antunes Arquitectos, the project focused on preserving the surrounding urban environment while giving the structure a modern and unique aesthetic. The result is an excellent demonstration of how contemporary architecture can coexist with traditional urban planning.
One of the key elements contributing to the uniqueness of the Lisbon House is the integration of the IdealPark IP1-MS system, a state-of-the-art car lift that allows two vehicles to be parked one above the other, optimizing space without compromising the building’s aesthetics. This technological solution ensures the architectural continuity of the street remains intact while providing practical and secure vehicle access.

IDEALPARK IP1-MS SYSTEM FEATURES
The IdealPark IP1-MS is a car lift system designed with a single lateral column just 25 cm thick, allowing the driver to exit the vehicle easily thanks to the three open sides. This system is ideal for garages with a minimum height of 330 cm and offers multiple mounting options: it can be installed on the wall, floor, or ceiling with great flexibility.
One of its main features is that vehicles can pass underneath the raised platform since there is no base fixed to the floor. This makes it particularly suitable for installations in sequence, maximizing available space.

SAFETY
The system is equipped with both mechanical and hydraulic safety features, ensuring complete protection during operation. The electromechanical locks engage automatically, providing an extra level of security when needed. The control panel is designed with a removable key to prevent unauthorized use, while the "Hold-to-run" control device ensures safe and controlled operation.

INTEGRATION INTO THE LISBON HOUSE PROJECT
The Lisbon House project placed particular emphasis on the building’s volumetry and materiality, ensuring a perfect balance between modernity and cohesion with the traditional urban context. The integration of the IdealPark IP1-MS helped maintain a clean and linear design, enhancing the aesthetic harmony of the residence. The interiors of Lisbon House reflect the best of contemporary architecture: minimalist spaces, high-quality materials, and meticulous attention to detail. The choice of innovative solutions such as IdealPark’s IP1-MS demonstrates a commitment to both functional and aesthetic excellence, positioning the project as a benchmark in luxury residential architecture.
