In the heart of the Veronese hills, in Mizzole, a semi-detached villa faced a common challenge seen in many contemporary residential projects: the difficulty of creating a ramp to access the underground garage due to limited available space.

The owners sought a solution that would not only overcome this constraint but also ensure a secure and protected parking space, while maintaining the aesthetic and functional harmony of the outdoor areas.

To meet these needs, the IdealPark IP1-CM MOB system was installed—an innovative car lift designed to operate with the driver on board.
This choice allowed the optimization of space and enhanced daily convenience, without compromising the architectural balance of the property.

The IP1-CM MOB model features a four-column structure, a durable anti-slip platform, and a pavement-ready carrable roof, making the system virtually invisible when not in use. Thanks to this configuration, the courtyard retains a clean, continuous look, with the lift’s surface seamlessly blending into the surrounding environment.

Furthermore, the system guarantees the highest safety standards, with automatic devices, a removable-key control panel, and the possibility of integrating video surveillance systems and safety sensors to protect people, pets, and vehicles.
